FileHolster is a digital desktop application sold as a one-time purchase for $15. Because it is a digital product, there are no physical goods to return. That said, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If FileHolster does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with FileHolster for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is confirmed, we will process it promptly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method (the card or account used during checkout via Stripe). Please allow 14 to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. After a Refund

When a refund is issued, the license key associated with your purchase will be deactivated. You will no longer be able to use FileHolster with that key. If you decide to use FileHolster again in the future, a new purchase will be required.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds by the same individual. This policy exists to protect honest customers and keep things fair for everyone.
